In June 2013 I sat down with Duncan from Kirk Slater to work through procedures to streamline my business and to place our company in a better position to grow and expand.  My company was travelling nicely but needed help to lock in systems for better management and monitoring of the business.

Duncan agreed to identify the systems and to help the company implement new strategies to guide us through the next stage of our growth.

Locking down the key metrics and to have a weekly plan based around these numbers for tracking was essential to our business and future growth.

Kirk Slater’s analysis of the business and systems that he presented to the company were exceptional, analyzing every part of the business and working through countless spreadsheets and numbers to identify the important metrics and how to monitor these easily and effectively.

Kirk Slater surveyed all employees giving me a better understanding of the staff, identifying strengths and weaknesses in the business and offering solutions to the challenges ahead.

During the consultancy Duncan put forward challenging questions, he helped us to look at our competitors differently and offered new areas for expansion that we had not considered.

As of writing this letter we have already started our new growth strategy and are re-organizing the company.
